How does it function/ work ?
J.K.S. will be collecting the basic required information and relevant
documents of the owners, tenants, domestic helpers and other employees
of the housing society like liftman, security guards, electrician,
vendors, etc. and registering them on the spot. J.K.S will also
be issuing Laminated Identity cards to the registered entity.
Is my personal data secure in hands of J.K.S.
?
Yes, the data is perfectly secure because we use the best technology
available to protect the data and the access to the data is given
only to the Police Department and that also is given through a double
password protected access system. The location of the server in
which the data is stored is undisclosed and only known by few of
the top officials of Civicsense and Police officials
What
if my domestic servant/helper changes ?
No need to worry about any kind of changes. We are just a call away!
Just give us a call and we will send our team again to take in the
details about the new servant /helper or paying guest/tenant and
no addition charge will be taken for this.
Is
it this compulsory to get registered with J.K.S. ?
No its not compulsory to get registered with J.K.S. It is totally
voluntary. But we would suggest in benefit of your safety that you
should go for it.
What
if I share my domestic helper/servant with my neighbour, or any
one else in my building ?
In that case, you will still have to register your servant/domestic
helper with J.K.S., because here you are registering for the safety
and security of your family members and not yours neighbours.
How
many changes can I make in a year ?
There are no limitations in regards to the number of changes that
you can make.
How
can i continue my service after one year ?
You can simply call us and pay the rate mentioned + 12.36% taxes
extra and get your services renewed for one year.
Is
this system reliable enough to trust ?
The data that will be collected, stored in a safe and secure place
so that no one can access and misuse this data. The access for data
will be with police so this makes it a reliable and secure system.
Is
there any recurring charges for the service ?
No, the payment of the rate mentioned in our tariff card + service
tax is the only charge, which you have to pay. Nothing else, has
to be paid again.
How
long will the process of data collection take ?
The process of data collection is very short and simple as it takes
only 5-10 mins. The date, time and location of the process will
be communicated in advanced.
How
can I get registered in this Initiative ?
You can simply call us on our helpline and get yourself registered.
Our relationship managers will inform you when our teams will be
at your area. They will contact you there and proceed with the process

What
will I get by registering in this system ?
You will get registration of yourself along with the registration
of your domestic helpers. Registration cards will be issued for
you as well as for your domestic helpers. Also you are getting the
freedom of updating your details any number of times free of cost.
These things you are getting apart from safety for yourself and
your beloved ones, resulting in complete peace of mind for you.
How
can i join this initiative as volunteer ?
You can join us as a volunteer by calling our helpline and we will
provide you with the nearest location where you can collect, fill
and deposit a small registration form. This can also be done online

there.
What will be my role
as a volunteer of Janta ki Suraksha ?
You will be required to help us spread awareness about initiative
in your locality. You will be helping us in organizing seminars,
get together, meeting etc in your locality and participating in
all measures taken by Janta Ki Suraksha to educate general public
about the need of this system.
